Shipping Policy

At Paucileather, it is our honest endeavor to deliver the best of the products to our customers through hassle-free and time saving means, in the most efficient manner by cutting down unnecessary shipping expenses.

The following terms and conditions apply to this Policy:

1.       The maximum allowable weight per order is one kg.

2.       Orders exceeding weight limit of one kg will get shipped in more than one shipment.

Delivery Guarantee

With customer satisfaction being our topmost priority, we at Paucileather, always try to deliver your orders on time. As your order is shipped,a notification will be sent to you via email along with the approximate date of delivery. Should there be any delay in delivery due to any reason, you may contact us by email or call our customer care support to check on the delivery status.

Order placement 

On placement of an order, you will be sent an acknowledgment receipt in form of a detailed invoice. Following this, you will be required to send to us, a confirmation of the finalized dress measurements from your side. Once this reaches us, your order will be dispatched to your address within five business days. We will send you a notice informing that your order has been shipped, and that you can expect the delivery within 2 to 3 weeks.

Please ensure that your purchase order is registered in our system by providing complete details of the transaction so as to generate the acknowledgement receipt. Failure to do so, will lead to cancellation of the processing and shipment.

Shipment

Paucileather ships all its parcels using well-known and reliable companies such as DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS. The delivery status of the products in transit can be checked via a tracking number provided by the courier company. This ensures a worry free and smooth delivery of products to you

Additionally, in a situation where you are not able to collect the shipment on the tentative date of delivery due to some reason, you can leave a note on the door mentioning the name and address of your neighbor who can collect the package on your behalf. Furthermore, if nobody – you or your neighbor - is present to collect the package then the express courier service agency will leave a note with shipment number and a contact number so you contact them and arrange for the delivery. Please be advised that we do not make delivery at post office box.

 

Shipment Queries 

In case of any queries regarding your shipment; especially delivery delays, you can email us at customerservice@paucileather.com with other details, such as phone number and the courier tracking number.

In case the shipment in transit has been confirmed lost by the courier company, you can email us at customerservice@paucileather.com , including your phone number and the courier tracking number in the email. Paucileather will find out the status of the shipment and contact you, or reship the order again with no additional charges, or else refund your total purchase cost.

Refunds 

In the event of a lost shipment, we will refund the entire amount and get it creditedto your account through which the initial payment was made. For example, if your payment was done through your credit card account, the refund would be credited to that very account itself.

Alternatively, a credit note with a validity of one year will be issued as a refund to all the payments made via wire transfer. This credit note will be authorized by the company
